Farmers Insurance - Rappa District is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Sales Representative in Columbus, GA. You will be the first point of contact for a busy office, handling calls, greeting visitors, cross-selling our insurance products, and providing excellent service.

Salary ranges from $35,000 to $42,000 per year with bonus opportunities and benefits. The role emphasizes multi-tasking, strong communication, and a willingness to learn while supporting clients with policy changes,

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests
• Take premium payments from customers
• Cross-sell opportunities to existing customers
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources
• Generating insurance quotes
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests

Requirements

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
