The Juris Agency in Pasadena, CA is seeking a positive, high-energy Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to current clients and new prospects. You will handle policy change requests, maintain product knowledge, and answer client questions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years customer service experience preferred.
• Property and Casualty license is required
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred

Responsibilities

Requirements
