Janet Bravo Farmers Insurance Agency LLC in Wenatchee, Washington, is seeking a motivated Full-Time Sales Representative to join our team. You will generate new business through outbound calls, present solutions, and close sales while maintaining client relationships.

We offer hands-on training, licensing assistance, and a Monday through Friday schedule with evenings off. A prior customer service background and willingness to cold call are preferred to grow with our agency and support diverse

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior customer service experience is required.
• License preferred - licensing assistance available.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus, particularly in English and Spanish.
• Must be comfortable cold calling.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Manage inbound/outbound leads quickly and professionally to maximize conversion.
• Cross-sell and upsell.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Attend training and continuing education courses (in person and virtual).
• Handle customer renewals.
