Richard Lutterbie Insurance Agency in Olympia, Washington is seeking a confident, experienced Customer Service Representative for a full-time role. You will promote our agency, handle client inquiries, and learn to fit into our office team as we grow.

You will train on multiple insurance products, work with licensed professionals, and aim to obtain your insurance license within 3–6 months. The position offers hands-on training, a Monday–Friday schedule, PTO, and a base salary plus commissions.

Formación

• College education and some background in customer service preferred.
• Prospecting and cross-selling experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain insurance producer license within 4 months.

Our Customer Service Representative needs to

Requirements

• Able to learn multiple software systems
• Be proficient with Office 365
• Be comfortable talking to anyone, and a quick learner.
• Be aggressive prospecting and generating new business opportunities through cross sales marketing, leads & referral sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, assist staff in sales.
• Obtain your insurance license within 3-6 months of hire.
