Job summary

Farmers Insurance District Office of John Meikle in Mount Vernon, WA, is seeking a motivated, people-oriented sales representative to join our office. This full-time role offers base pay plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities, with training and mentorship provided to help you succeed.

You’ll work Monday through Friday in our Mount Vernon office, coordinating with leads to build a strong sales pipeline and advise customers on appropriate coverage after achieving licensing.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is welcome.
• No insurance experience required. We provide training, leads, and hands‑on coaching.
