Job summary

A leading agricultural association is seeking a Producer Services Coordinator to serve as a key liaison connecting soybean farmers with resources and programs to enhance membership engagement. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related fields, along with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, event coordination skills, and a passion for supporting Iowa’s soybean farmers.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in agriculture, farmer relations, membership engagement or event coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with soybean farmers.
• Increase ISA’s farmer membership and Advocate membership.
• Identify and recruit farmer leaders for ISA’s board and committees.
