Responsibilities

• Plan events to promote awareness of membership and program opportunities.
• Coordinate Farm Progress Show and Iowa Ag Expo booths with the membership team.
• Lead staff involvement in outreach booths for events.
• Maintain and follow project timelines and tasks.
• Provide on-site registration and staffing support as needed.
• Coordinate local foods purchases for events where needed.
• Arrange venue and caterer logistics as required.
• Organize components of the annual conference.
• Provide tech support for events.
• Submit invoices and manage monthly bills.
• Coordinate on-site visits from partners and funders.
• Implement front-office protocols to keep operations organized.
• Support reception duties and phone coverage.
• Support procurement and handling of branded merchandise.
• Assist with other duties to support departments or teams.
