Job summary

Aspen Moon Farm, near Longmont and Boulder in Colorado, is seeking a Farm Stand Manager for the busy spring to fall season. You’ll oversee setup, sales, and closing, ensuring attractive displays and friendly service.

Responsibilities include inventory control, CSA/market support, and cross-department collaboration to deliver a great customer experience. This is a full-season, onsite role with 40–55 hours per week; compensation is $20–$22 per hour depending on experience, with overtime rules as

• Experience in farm stand or retail environment preferred.

• Manage daily setup, sales, and closing of the farm stand.

• Stock and manage inventory from the packhouse and outside vendors; track product movement.
