Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Sales Consultant to assist customers across agricultural, power equipment, farm, lawn and garden, tools, and home essentials. You will help customers select the right products, provide demonstrations, and support store operations.

You will build relationships through outstanding service, upsell when appropriate, and maintain knowledge of products and store promotions. Prior retail or agricultural experience is preferred, and the role may involve outdoor work in varying

Qualifications

• Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use POS, inventory systems, Microsoft Office, and retail technology.

Responsibilities
