• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related Agricultural field (or enrolled).
• Average 48-hour week; schedule may include weekends/holidays.
• Willing to relocate to complete training and first managerial assignment.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and become certified in farm department areas (Breeding/Farrowing, Nursery/Finishing).
• Perform hourly jobs under supervision.
• Develop reports on experiences and opportunities for improvement.
• Follow IPS, biosecurity, animal welfare, and EMS policies.
• Act as acting Head of Department when needed.
