Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related Agricultural field.
• English proficiency required.
• Willingness to relocate for training and first managerial assignment.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• Learn and become certified in all farm department areas.
• Understand and implement pig production processes and farm health systems.
• Perform hourly tasks under supervision and master them.
• Develop reports on experiences and improvement opportunities.
• Comply with environmental, biosecurity and EMS policies.
• Act as HOD when needed and be on-call for emergencies.
