The company is expanding its American team and is looking for dairy professionals with hands-on farm and herd-management experience who are interested in using their knowledge to support dairy producers across the region.

The Opportunity

You will work directly with dairy producers, helping them use farm-management technology to understand their herds better, improve performance, and make informed operational decisions.

You do not need to come from a software background. What matters most is a strong understanding of dairy farming and herd management solutions, confidence working with farmers, and an interest in learning technology.

What you'll do

• Work directly with dairy producers to understand their operations, herd-management needs, and challenges.
• Help farmers use herd-management technology to improve herd performance and farm efficiency.
• Train farmers and dealer teams on how to effectively use the system in their daily operations.
• Provide practical farm-management guidance and ongoing application support.
• Support customers with questions and help them get the most value from the technology.
• Partner with the sales team during customer meetings, product demonstrations, and pre-sales activities.
• Participate in farm visits, customer training sessions, producer meetings, and industry events.
• Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams.
• Travel approximately 50% across your assigned territory.
