Job summary

Daybreak Foods is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive the rollout of company-wide systems across multiple farm locations. The role combines project management, system implementation, documentation, and end-user training, with travel to farm sites and heavy collaboration with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PM or implementation experience, a BS degree in a related field, and strong ERP and Power Platform/SharePoint skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in PM, system implementation, or consulting (tech, operations, or financial systems preferred).
• Experience managing or supporting multiple system or process implementation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, CS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong ERP knowledge and experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint to drive automation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support system implementation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are tracked.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and external implementation partners.
• Document end-user workflows, system usage, SOPs, and training materials.
• Travel to farm locations and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
