The role requires hands-on project leadership, travel to farms, and close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, system implementation, consulting, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support system implementation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization.
• Manage 5–6 concurrent or completed projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are tracked and communicated.
• Act as the liaison between internal teams and external implementation partners.
• Track module readiness, identify risks or delays, and escalation issues as needed.
• Present project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope and budgetary constraints.
