Pero Family Farms is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage parts inventory supporting farm equipment maintenance. You will ensure accurate stock levels, traceability, cost control, and availability of OEM and aftermarket parts to minimize downtime and support preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities include maintaining real-time records, coordinating with mechanics, and using CMMS/ERP systems to issue, receive, and report on inventory.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma; technical training preferred.
• 2+ years in inventory control or ag/mechanical operations.
• Working knowledge of farm equipment systems.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain real-time inventory records for mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and consumable parts.
• Set and manage min/max stock levels, reorder points, and safety stock.
• Perform cycle counts and resolve variances; maintain part numbers and references.
• Use CMMS/ERP to issue, receive, and adjust parts; generate reports.
• Coordinate with mechanics to forecast parts demand and manage work orders.
• Ensure OSHA-compliant storage, safety handling, and proper labeling.
