Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years related experience, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit good customer relation skills and enthusiasm.
• Assist with customer billing and grain receipts at the location.
• Maintain a desirable appearance of store and work area in the store.
• Work with Location Managers to maintain margins.
• Responsible for inventory and pricing of products associated with farm supply, lawn and garden, and feed.
