The role emphasizes strategic oversight, process standardization, and strong leadership to ensure technical excellence and OSHA compliance within a high-volume manufacturing environment at the Phoenix facility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field OR 8–10+ years in industrial construction with 5+ years tooling installation and 2+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight for tooling installation projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering development and high performance.
Develop and implement standardized project planning, execution, and tooling installation processes across projects.
Oversee installation of complex industrial tooling systems, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with specifications.
Ensure all projects adhere to OSHA regulations, industry standards and client requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and stakeholders to secure repeat business.
Identify and mitigate high-level risks across the project portfolio and implement strategies for success.
Review and approve project documentation including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
