Job summary

TSMC Arizona seeks a Functional Area Project Management Lead Engineer to oversee multiple tooling installation projects and manage a team of project managers across a portfolio of industrial construction efforts.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight, process standardization, and strong leadership to ensure technical excellence and OSHA compliance within a high-volume manufacturing environment at the Phoenix facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field OR 8–10+ years in industrial construction with 5+ years tooling installation and 2+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for tooling installation projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering development and high performance.
• Develop and implement standardized project planning, execution, and tooling installation processes across projects.
• Oversee installation of complex industrial tooling systems, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with specifications.
• Ensure all projects adhere to OSHA regulations, industry standards and client requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and stakeholders to secure repeat business.
• Identify and mitigate high-level risks across the project portfolio and implement strategies for success.
• Review and approve project documentation including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
