TSMC AZ in Phoenix, AZ seeks an AMHS Principal Engineer to lead automated material handling system projects, oversee installation and control software, ensure timely, high-quality delivery, and lead procurement strategies to support ramp-ups.

You will manage vendors and cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and manufacturing, develop detailed plans, track progress, mitigate risks, and prioritize safety and quality.

Qualifications

U.S. work eligibility required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant engineering field.
5+ years in AMHS, automation, or robotics in manufacturing.
Proven leadership of large-scale AMHS deployments and projects.
Hands-on AMHS solutions experience in logistics or semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead AMHS system design, installation, and commissioning.
Oversee vendor management and performance to meet specs and schedules.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and handoffs.
Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across projects.
