Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Principal Facilities Project Coordinator to lead complex facilities projects at our Phoenix site. You will own milestones, budgets, and risk controls, interfacing with executives, customers, and government officials while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

You’ll oversee RFPs, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely service delivery across multi-disciplinary trades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum 6 years’ experience in related field.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software and advanced data/financial analysis tools.
• Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and verify complex technical documentation, including architectural/engineering blueprints, MEP drawings, and CAD/BIM models.
• In-depth knowledge of local municipal permitting processes, environmental regulations, OSHA safety standards, and building codes relevant to high-tech facilities.
• Proven expertise in managing multi-disciplinary subcontractors and trades.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level audiences.
• Self-motivated with ability to drive large-scale projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value projects with milestones, budgets and risk controls.
• Interface with executives, customer representatives, and government officials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to align on milestones and progress.
• Oversee RFPs, vendor selection, and contract negotiations for trades and services.
• Monitor partner performance for quality and timely delivery.
• Manage annual budgets for facilities projects and outsourced services, driving cost savings.
• Ensure site compliance with building codes, OSHA and safety standards with EHS.
• Conduct facility audits and drive improvements in KPIs and efficiency.
• Develop scopes of work for outsourced services with FOH and business leads.
• Ensure corrective actions and record-keeping for project close-out.
