Job summary

Mtinc Machines seeks a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, level, calibrate, and commission high-precision CNC equipment at customer sites. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems, focusing on FANUC alarms, parameter tuning, and ensuring machines meet spec.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Experience with FANUC-focused repairs and parameter tuning is a plus.
• Strong communication to explain findings to customers in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Install, level, calibrate, and commission MTINC CNC equipment on site.
• Troubleshoot CNC machinery using schematics and diagnostics.
• Resolve G-code/M-code issues affecting cut quality and performance.
• Document work performed, parts used, and next steps on site.
