Job summary

Genuine Search Group is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support installation, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced CNC manufacturing equipment at customer sites. This role requires self-direction and regular on-site work with occasional overnight travel.

The ideal candidate has CNC maintenance experience (Fanuc or Siemens), reads electrical schematics and drawings, and communicates effectively with customers while ensuring safety and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

1+ years of hands-on CNC maintenance experience.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, and start up CNC machinery at customer sites.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on CNC equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and system performance evaluations.
Provide technical support and training to customers on proper machine operation and maintenance.
Troubleshoot CNC control systems (Fanuc/Siemens).
Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical docs.
Document service activities and submit detailed service reports.
Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to resolve issues.
Ensure safety standards and company procedures at all times.
