• Comfortable standing for entire shift and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and professional in performance.
• Greet and welcome fans; deliver fan-first service.
• Meet brand standards with inventory and cash controls.
• Assist the GM with hiring, training, and coaching Shift Leads and Crew Members.
• Create a safe, clean, inviting environment for fans and team members.
• Assist in local store marketing and analyze competition.
