Job summary

AEG WORLDWIDE in El Segundo seeks a Fan Experience Coordinator to support the Ticket Sales and Service Department, coordinating activation, group experiences, VIP club coordination, and event management. The role also assists the Fan Service Associate program.

The position requires guiding associates on event days, liaising with arena departments, and handling logistics such as scheduling, parking, passes and premium experiences, to ensure a first-class fan experience for Season Ticket Members

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist with the seasonal Fan Service Associate program and guide Associates during events.
Serve as the point of contact between Sales & Service and arena departments; coordinate logistics.
Support ticket benefits, inventory, in-game activation and fulfillment.
Aid group sales with catering, buses, and gift coordination for groups.
Support in-game experiences from fulfillment to activation, including tours and redemptions.
Provide day-to-day admin support for the Ticket Sales and Service team.
