Job summary

The Los Angeles Kings are seeking a Fan Experience Coordinator to support the Ticket Sales and Service Department by coordinating events, activations, and fan experiences across games and events. This role works with game-day departments to ensure smooth operations, from scheduling to premium experiences.

The position also supports the Fan Service Associate program, manages logistics for group sales, VIP ticket requests, and day-to-day admin tasks to keep STM materials and communications

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. BA/BS degree preferred.
• Experience: 2-4 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the seasonal Fan Service Associate program by providing guidance to Associates during event days.
• Serve as the liaison between Kings Sales & Service and arena game-day departments to coordinate logistics.
• Support the ticket benefits program including inventory management and in-game activation.
• Assist Group Sales with catering, transportation, and gifts for group packages.
• Support in-game experiences from fulfillment to activation (pre-game tours, Zamboni rides, etc.).
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Ticket Sales and Service department.
• Assist Season Ticket Members gifting processes and fulfillment.
• Process VIP and department ticket requests and coordinate club passes and parking.
• Engage with guests to ensure a best-in-class service experience for Season Ticket Members.
