Job summary

AEG's Los Angeles Kings fan experience team seeks a Fan Experience Coordinator to support the Ticket Sales and Service Department and activation programs. This role handles event day coordination, VIP club experiences, and group experiences, ensuring a best-in-class fan experience at arena events.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, parking, club passes, and premium experiences; managing benefits programs; and providing essential administrative support.

• Front-line customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Support seasonal Fan Service Associate program and assist with event days.
• Act as the point of contact between Kings Sales & Service and arena departments; coordinate logistics (scheduling, parking, passes).
• Support the ticket benefits program including inventory, customer support, and activation.
• Assist Group Sales with group leader benefits and event logistics for packages.
• Support in-game experiences from fulfillment to activation (tours, redemptions, post-game events).
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Ticket Sales & Service (supplies, mailings, materials).
• Engage with guests to ensure a best-in-class fan experience for Season Ticket Members.
