Job summary

Colgate University seeks a Part-Time Fan Engagement and Ticketing Coordinator to design and execute campaigns, manage fan promotions, and support ticketing inquiries. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and availability for evenings and weekends during athletic seasons.

The position reports to the Deputy Athletics Director for External Operations, under the Athletic Marketing department, with a 30-hour weekly cap through May 2027.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication with a welcoming customer-service approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with ticketing operations and fan engagement; familiar with AudienceView or similar software.
• Willingness and availability to work evenings and weekends during athletic seasons.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing campaigns, engaging fan promotions and awareness games.
• Assist fan ticketing inquiries via phone, email, and game-day box office operations.
• Support seating and digital ticketing needs for season ticket holders and fans.
• Collaborate with Athletics Marketing and External Operations to enhance game-day experiences.
