Job summary

Hockey Western New York, LLC seeks a Tickets Sales & Service Coordinator to ensure smooth fan experiences and manage ticketing-based events. You will coordinate logistics for packages, plan events, and liaise across departments to execute sales initiatives.

The role supports CRM data tracking, reporting, and presentations, with on-site game-day duties and occasional non-traditional hours. 1–2 years in sales/events is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, events, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for fan experiences tied to ticket sales packages (e.g., anthem skates, bench warm-ups, intermission activities).
  • Plan and execute targeted prospect and member events.
  • Act as liaison between ticketing staff, arena operations, and game presentation for flawless sales initiatives.
  • Provide on-site support on game days for a seamless experience.
  • Support sales staff with CRM lead generation, data tracking, and reporting.
  • Research and apply best practices from across the NHL and broader sports/entertainment industry.
  • Establish project structure including communication channels, deliverables, meeting cadence, and timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with transparent updates for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate departmental meetings, set agendas, document notes, and track follow-ups by area.
  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Chief Commercial Officer and VP of Ticket Sales & Service.
  • Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, travel arrangements, and other business-related reports.
  • Draft, format, and proofread presentations, proposals, and internal/external communications.
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and support special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Ticket Sales & Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of fan experiences, managing departmental projects and campaigns, and supporting leadership with strategic initiatives across Membership Sales and Services, Premium Seating, and Group Sales.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for all fan experiences tied to ticket sales packages (e.g., anthem skates, bench warm-ups, intermission activities, on-ice photos).
  • Help to plan and execute targeted prospect and member events
  • Act as liaison between ticketing staff, arena operations, and game presentation to ensure flawless execution of sales initiatives
  • Provide on-site support on game days, ensuring group leaders, fans, and clients enjoy a seamless, memorable experience.
  • Support sales staff with CRM lead generation, data tracking, and reporting.
  • Research and apply best practices from across the NHL and broader sports/entertainment industry.
  • Establish project structure including communication channels, deliverables, meeting cadence, and timelines.

Minimum Qualifications for the Position:

Compensation:

This is an hourly role that will pay between $18.75 – $20.67. Note: Wages will be determined based on factors such as candidate experience, qualifications, skill set and internal equity.
