Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Point of Sale Terminal (POS) system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions at point of sale (POS).
• Be familiar with store merchandise to speak knowledgeably to customers.
• Assist with store merchandising, product display, inventory levels, and store cleanliness.
• Assist with warehouse duties: receiving merchandise, verifying packing slips, tagging items, creating labels, maintaining inventory controls.
• Ensure customers are serviced at the highest level and escalate as needed to maintain fast service.
