Job summary

Hockey Western New York, LLC seeks a Sales Associate to deliver first-in-class service to fans at KeyBank Center during Buffalo Sabres games, Bandits games, concerts, and events. You will assist at the POS, learn merchandise details, and help maintain store presentation and inventory with a friendly, professional attitude.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions at the point of sale and assist customers.
• Know merchandise and speak knowledgeably about items.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Support warehouse tasks: receiving, labeling, and inventory control.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to arena rules and policies.
• Communicate stock needs and work with teammates to ensure fast service.
