Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn selling points.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and assist at point of sale.
• Know merchandise to speak knowledgeably and learn about items like jerseys and sizing.
• Assist with store merchandising, displays, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Assist with warehouse duties: receive merchandise, verify slips, tag items, label boxes, maintain inventory controls.
• Ensure customers are serviced at a high level and escalate to management when needed.
• Communicate stock needs to appropriate staff in a timely manner.
