Job summary

Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops is seeking a Keyholder to reinforce our selling culture and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will help drive sales while upholding store standards, training teammates, and balancing service with operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will welcome fans, assist with product knowledge, and support onboarding and merchandising efforts, including openness to flexible hours and the Cowboys’ team values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Able to stand for extended periods (4 hours or longer)
• Able to lift 30lbs
• Upholds honesty and integrity in all decisions
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changes
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

• Balances customer service with required operational tasks.
