Job summary

The Golden State Warriors are seeking a Group Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service during games and Chase Center events. You will assist with Fan Experience Programs, staff special events, draft sales collateral, process orders, and support group ticket buyers.

This onsite, part-time role reports to the Manager, Group Sales. Responsibilities include event setup and breakdown, creating marketing collateral, and selling group tickets via Archtics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge in creating marketing pieces and content; Photoshop experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Fan Experience Programs and events.
• Support staff and create a fun environment for fans and groups.
• Assist with set up/breakdown of events, staffing giveaway tables, vendor load-in/out.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Create marketing collateral and handle administrative tasks.
• Sell group tickets to individual buyers via Archtics and handle service matters.
• Collaborate with account executives to collect client information for game day execution.
• Other duties as assigned.
