Job summary

The Golden State Warriors are seeking a part-time Group Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service during Warriors games and Chase Center events, supporting Group Fan Experience Programs and staffing special events initiatives.

Based onsite in San Francisco, you will draft sales collateral, process individual ticket orders, and assist with group ticket buyers; report to the Manager, Group Sales. This role emphasizes teamwork and strong communication in a dynamic arena setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in creating marketing pieces; Photoshop preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers.
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation to the arena.

Responsibilities

• Assist with facilitating Fan Experience Programs (e.g., Primetime, Halftime, Fan Tunnel, Anthem Buddies, Courtside Shoot Around).
• Support organization and arena staff, creating a fun environment.
• Assist Group Sales staff with events, setup/breakdown, staffing, and vendor load-in/out.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Assist with creating marketing collateral and other administrative needs.
• Sell group tickets through Archtics to individual buyers and assist with service matters.
• Work with account executives to capture client performance information for game day execution.
• Other duties as assigned.
