Job summary

Florida Gators is seeking Fall Game Day Ambassadors to support fan experience at home games. You will represent the University of Florida and Florida Gators, enforce policies, and act as liaison between boosters, fans, game-day staff, and athletic department personnel.

You will greet fans, answer questions, and help solve problems to keep guests welcome and comfortable. This role also offers paid behind-the-scenes game-day exposure that may count toward field experience or practicum.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED (General Education Degree).
• Ability to interact with the general public in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to engage effectively with others from diverse cultures/backgrounds.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, will be prioritized.
• Available for all home football games and at least two additional sporting events per month in fall.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Represent the University of Florida and Florida Gators at home athletic events and liaise with Gator Boosters, fans, game day staff, and Athletic Department Personnel.
• Answer fan questions, resolve problems, and ensure fans feel welcome and comfortable during events.
• Be the face of the Florida Gators at home events and gain paid behind‑the‑scenes game-day experience.
