Job summary

The Florida Gators Ticket Office is seeking hardworking, positive individuals to gain ticket operations experience within Collegiate Athletics. You will process orders accurately and efficiently, supporting Event Day operations and ticket office functions throughout the year.

This part-time role involves various game day duties and requires a friendly, professional approach, with a commitment to excellent customer service and operation of ticketed sports.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a non-standard work week which may include nights, weekends and holidays is mandatory.
• Ability to work with general public in a friendly, professional manner.
• Capacity to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Ticket Sales/Customer Service, Will Call, Player Guest services, Ticket Scanning, or other game day duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support in the ticket office.
• Support the smooth operation of all ticketed sports throughout fall, spring, and summer semesters.
