Job summary

University Athletic Association, Inc. is seeking part-time Swamp Moments Assistants to enhance game day experiences for Florida Gators fans who purchase upgrades.

You will represent UF and the Florida Gators, delivering first-class service during fulfillment and seeking creative ways to make each fan’s experience unforgettable. Duties include leading groups of fans during upgrades and providing outstanding customer service to participating fans and others.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to provide superior customer service.
• Capacity to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures/backgrounds.
• Working a non-standard schedule including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Must be able to work ALL Football home games.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Friendly, professional interaction with the general public.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of fans in unique and high-end “experience upgrades” during Florida Gators events.
• Provide excellent customer service to participating fans and other Gators fans during the day.
