Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer programs or willingness to learn.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• High accuracy in handling transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Reliable and punctual with availability for home games (evenings, weekends, some holidays).
• Interest in sports, hockey in particular, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process ticket sales for games using a computerized ticketing system.
• Handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist fans with ticket inquiries, exchanges, and will-call pick-ups.
• Provide information on schedules, seating, pricing, and venue policies.
• Resolve service issues and ticketing discrepancies professionally.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the box office area before/after games.
• Collaborate with gameday staff to ensure a seamless fan experience.
• Perform other duties to support box office operations.
