Job summary

The Pro Football Hall of Fame in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a part-time Box Office Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, process museum and event tickets, and share information about tours. Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information about events and tours.
• Process museum and event ticket sales; handle cash and credit transactions.
• Assist guests with merchandise purchases and operate the store cash register.
• Maintain clean and organized box office and retail areas; reconcile daily sales.
• Answer store phones and help guests with product inquiries and purchases.
