The Washington Wild Things are seeking a Community & Promotions Manager to bridge fan engagement and community relations in Washington. You will develop relationships, schedule mascot appearances, and drive in-game entertainment to create an energetic ballpark experience.

This role requires leadership, the ability to manage multiple events weekly, and the talent to identify partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that boost brand awareness across the Tri-State area.

Qualifications

• Experience in community relations and fan engagement.
• Ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Engaging community events and functions to build relationships.
• Schedule and manage mascot and speaking events to build brand awareness.
• Represent the organization in a professional manner.
• Collaborate on team ticket sales efforts, planning and marketing to reach goals.
• Identify, investigate and execute strategic partnerships in promotions.
• Assist in managing in-game entertainment to ensure a great fan experience.
• Help decorate the ballpark to fit themes.
• Plan, execute and complete tasks on time and on budget.
