Store Manager at Lids oversees all aspects of store performance, focusing on sales targets, customer service, and team development. You will lead hiring, training, and store operations to deliver an engaging shopping experience and drive performance across KPIs.

The role requires supervising staff, managing schedules, and enforcing company standards while maintaining a fun and inclusive workplace. You will report to the District Sales Manager and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
