Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine in West Linn, Oregon, is seeking an Adolescent Family Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary treatment teams. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy and collaborate with families and outpatient providers to support clients towards healing.

The role involves coordination with insurance for pre-certification, discharge planning, and therapeutic meal support, modeling a healthy relationship with food within a diverse, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline.
• Or license in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
• Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers.
• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Participating in discharge and aftercare planning.

• Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients’ intersecting identities.

programs are residential treatment programs exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

We are seeking

Family Therapists

to join our multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Our teams consist of nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic support to support clients get to healing!

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday- ThursdayPay:

Pay:

up to $90k

Bonus:

sign-on $5k or relocation of $10k
