Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine in West Linn, Oregon, is seeking an Adolescent Family Therapist to join our multidisciplinary teams focused on eating-disorder treatment for adolescents. Team includes nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic support to guide clients toward healing.

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday. Pay up to $90k with sign-on $5k or relocation $10k. Comprehensive benefits are provided, including health, retirement, life/AD&D, EAP, FSA/HSA, PTO, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical counseling or related discipline.
• License in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
• Experience with eating disorders is helpful, DEI knowledge is valued.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers.
• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Participating in discharge and aftercare planning.
• Therapeutic meal support and modeling a healthy relationship with food.
• Deliver safe, empathetic care respecting clients' identities.
