Monte Nido Clementine in West Linn, Oregon is seeking an Adolescent Family Therapist to join our multidisciplinary teams that include nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic support to help clients heal from eating disorders.

The role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy, coordinating with families and outpatient providers, and participating in discharge and aftercare planning. A competitive benefits package supports your well-being and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline required.
• License in a counseling field (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) preferred or required.
• Prior experience with eating disorders is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents.
• Liaise with families and outpatient providers.
• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning.

Monte Nido Clementine programs are residential treatment programs exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

We are seeking Family Therapists to join our multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Our teams consist of nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic support to support clients get to healing!

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday- Thursday

Pay: up to $90k

Bonus: sign-on $5k or relocation of $10k
