Monte Nido Clementine, located in West Linn, Oregon, is seeking Adolescent Family Therapists to join our multidisciplinary treatment teams for adolescents facing eating disorders. The role focuses on individual, group, and family therapy within a residential setting, coordinating with nutrition, medical, and outpatient partners.

We offer a Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedule, competitive compensation up to $90k plus sign-on ($5k) or relocation ($10k).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline.
• Professional licensure in a counseling field (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) preferred or required.
• Experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Serve as liaison with families and outpatient providers.
• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning.
• Provide therapeutic meal support and model healthy relationships with food.
• Deliver care that respects clients’ identities and unique circumstances.
