Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine in West Linn, Oregon, seeks an Adolescent Family Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team supporting teens with eating disorders.

You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, collaborate with families and outpatient providers, and coordinate with insurance for pre-certification and discharge planning; a full benefits package and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline or a professional license in counseling.
• Experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers.
• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Participating in discharge and aftercare planning.
• Therapeutic meal support, modeling a healthy relationship with food.
• Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client considering their intersecting identities.

Education

Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline

Licensed in counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

programs are residential treatment programs exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

We are seeking

Family Therapists

to join our multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Our teams consist of nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic support to support clients get to healing!

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday- ThursdayPay:

Pay:

up to $90k

Bonus:

sign-on $5k or relocation of $10k
