Monte Nido Clementine in West Linn, Oregon seeks an Adolescent Family Therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents with eating disorders, collaborating with nutrition, medical and holistic supports to foster healing.

The role involves liaison with families and outpatient providers, pre-certification with insurers, discharge planning, and therapeutic meal support, all within a diverse, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline (minimum).
• Licensed in counseling field (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC) or license eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Serve as liaison with families and outpatient providers.
• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning.
• Provide therapeutic meal support and model healthy relationships with food.
• Deliver safe, empathetic and affirming care tailored to clients’ identities.

programs are residential treatment programs exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

We are seeking

Family Therapists

to join our multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Our teams consist of nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic support to support clients get to healing!

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday- ThursdayPay:

Pay:

up to $90k

Bonus:

sign-on $5k or relocation of $10k
