Monte Nido Clementine seeks an Adolescent Family Therapist to join a multi-disciplinary team in West Linn, Oregon. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy within residential treatment for adolescents with eating disorders and related conditions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with nutrition, medical, and holistic staff, as well as insurance coordination and discharge planning to support long-term recovery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline is required.
• License in a counseling field (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Psychologist) is required or implied.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Serve as liaison with families and outpatient providers.
• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management.
• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning.
• Provide therapeutic meal support and model a healthy relationship with food.
• Deliver care that respects each client’s intersecting identities.

We are seeking

Family Therapists

to join our multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Our teams consist of nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic support to support clients get to healing!

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday- ThursdayPay:

Pay:

up to $90k

Bonus:

sign-on $5k or relocation of $10k
