Monte Nido Clementine in West Linn, Oregon, is seeking an Adolescent Family Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping teens recover from eating disorders. The role involves individual, group, and family therapy within a collaborative clinical setting.

Work with families and outpatient providers, coordinate with insurance for pre-certification, and participate in discharge planning. Competitive benefits and a supportive, inclusive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline.
• OR license in a counseling field (LMFT/LCSW/LPC).
• Experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful.
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy
• Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers
• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
• Participating in discharge and aftercare planning
• Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food
• Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients’ intersecting identities

to join our multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Our teams consist of nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic support to support clients get to healing!

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday- Thursday

Pay:

up to $90k

Bonus:
