Monte Nido Clementine in West Linn, Oregon, is hiring an Adolescent Family Therapist to join a multi-disciplinary team of nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic staff. The role focuses on individual, group, and family therapy for adolescents with eating disorders, with insurance coordination and discharge planning as part of the care continuum.

Schedule options include Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline required
• Licensure in counseling field (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) or equivalent license preferred
• Experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care helpful
• Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices beneficial

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Serve as liaison with families and outpatient providers
• Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning
• Provide therapeutic meal support and model healthy relationships with food
• Deliver empathetic, affirming care respecting clients' identities

Programs are residential treatment programs exclusively for adolescents seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.

We are seeking Family Therapists to join our multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Our teams consist of nutrition, clinical, medical, and holistic support to support clients get to healing!

Schedule

• Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

Pay

• up to $90k

Bonus

• sign-on $5k or relocation of $10k
