Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation's Seven Hills Community Services is hiring a Family Liaison - Tech Navigator to engage parents and caregivers, provide home and community support, and connect families with resources.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to coach families on using smartphones, tablets and apps to improve independence, health management, and ISP objectives. From scheduling to documentation, you’ll help families navigate care and technology with sensitivity.

Qualifications

• Strong linguistic skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to coach families and caregivers.
• Proven aptitude to facilitate access to technology and apps.

Responsibilities

• Foster connections between families and community services.
• Advocate for family needs with the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide tools and strategies to manage behavioral needs and health navigation.
• Deliver coaching and educational resources to families.
